Description:

Each pipe is cut to the correct length, fitted with solid brass unions and marked clearly to indicate the correct location on the vehicle. Pipe fitting clips and brass in-line connectors are supplied where appropriate. The set is assembled with pride to fit your particular vehicle. Pipes are marked with a number to show, by reference to the pipe location index included, where each pipe fits the system. Universal flares are deliberately used in every instance to be sure of giving you the safest flares possible. Do not cut and rework them, except in an emergency. Check that the number of pipes is correct. You may have more pipes than you need in your set, as we sometimes include these to accommodate different variations on your type of vehicle. Metric unions have a nick in the hex for identification. Please remember: only brake system pressure pipes and fixing clips are included — three and four way connectors, brass bleedscrews, reservoir pipes, clutch and fuel lines, flexible hoses and vacuum pipes are available as optional extras. Keep everything as clean as possible. Do not overtighten the unions. Secure the pipes properly, to prevent vibration, using the clips supplied to supplement those you already have on the car. When you have fitted all the pipes, filled and bled the system, recheck each union and make sure you have a firm pedal before taking the vehicle onto the road. Automec pipes, when fitted properly, will probably outlast your car. We wish you safer motoring with our products.
