CYLINDER HEAD ASSEMBLY (with valves fitted, gaskets, dowels & bolts) - L/ROVER TD5
Please note:
This cylinder head suits all Discovery 2 from VIN: 1A736340 and Defender from 2A622424 onwards, but will work on earlier vehicles SO LONG AS A NEW FUEL BLOCK (REGULATOR) IS FITTED (part no. LR016318) as this head has an external fuel return (improved design).
Cylinder head assembly is supplied with:
Head bolt kit (ERR5384#)
Cylinder head installation kit (LBF500020)
Steel head to block dowels (YLL500040 x 2)
VRS gasket set, does not include head gasket (666.040)
Head gaskets are sold as a separate item as there are varying thicknesses. This is identifiable by counting the number of small holes notched into the edge of your old gasket.
